By creating an account and using the Rahat Music platform, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our services.
To use Rahat Music services, you must create an artist account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Rahat Music reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.
All artists must complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before submitting any music releases. KYC requires submission of personal details including full name, date of birth, country of residence, address, and a valid government-issued ID (national ID card, passport, or equivalent). Artists cannot submit releases until their KYC has been reviewed and approved by the Rahat Music team.
As an artist on Rahat Music, you are solely responsible for all content you submit. You must ensure that you own or control the full rights to any music, artwork, or metadata you upload. You are responsible for the accuracy of all release information including titles, track listings, credits, and artwork. Misrepresentation of content or rights may result in immediate account suspension.
All releases submitted to Rahat Music must meet our content and quality standards. Releases must include proper metadata, high-quality audio files, and compliant cover artwork. All track ISRC codes and UPC codes must be valid. Rahat Music reserves the right to reject any release that does not meet platform standards or that contains prohibited content.
By submitting music to Rahat Music, you confirm that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the master recordings, compositions, samples, featured artists, and any third-party content included in your release. You grant Rahat Music a non-exclusive licence to distribute, reproduce, and make available your music on the platforms you select.
You may not submit content that: infringes on the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party; contains unauthorized samples, beats, loops, or vocals; includes hate speech, violence, or discriminatory content; is fraudulent, misleading, or misrepresents the artist identity; violates any applicable law or regulation. Rahat Music will remove prohibited content and may permanently ban offending accounts.
Royalty earnings are calculated based on streams and downloads across distribution platforms, as reported by those platforms. Rahat Music enters earnings data on behalf of artists and makes this visible in the artist dashboard. Royalty percentages vary by subscription plan. Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum balance threshold and are processed within a stated timeframe. Rahat Music is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Rahat Music will remove content in response to valid copyright takedown notices submitted through our official process. Artists may also request removal of their own content at any time. Content removed due to copyright violation may not be resubmitted. Repeated violations will result in account suspension or permanent termination.
Rahat Music reserves the right to suspend or terminate any artist account at its sole discretion if the artist violates these Terms of Use, engages in fraudulent activity, submits prohibited content, provides false identity information, or abuses the support system. Suspended accounts will lose access to all platform features. Outstanding earnings may be withheld during investigation of violations.
You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, hack, scrape, or misuse the Rahat Music platform in any way. You agree not to submit content to multiple accounts simultaneously. You agree that Rahat Music may update these Terms of Use at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Rahat Music is registered in the United Kingdom under Company Number 17154141.
