Rahat Music is committed to protecting intellectual property rights. All artists using our platform must own or control the rights to any music they submit for distribution.
All artists who submit music to the Rahat Music platform must own or fully control the rights to every element of their submission. This includes the master recording, underlying musical composition, lyrics, artwork, and any featured or sampled elements. Submitting music you do not own the rights to is a violation of these policies and may result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination.
You must not submit any content that includes: unauthorized samples, beats, or loops from third-party producers without a valid licence or clearance; unauthorized use of vocals, instrumentals, or other audio belonging to other artists; content that infringes on existing copyrights or trademarks; fake artist names, misleading metadata, or misrepresentation of the original creator; re-uploaded content that has been removed due to a previous copyright claim; or content generated or reproduced from copyrighted AI-training datasets without proper clearance.
Rahat Music reserves the right to request proof of rights ownership before approving or distributing any release. We may request: signed producer agreements or beat licences; sync licences or sample clearance documentation; original recording contracts or label agreements; government-issued photo identification for artist verification; or any other documentation reasonably required to verify ownership and rights.
If you believe that content on the Rahat Music platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal copyright complaint by contacting our support team through the official support page. Your complaint must include: your full name and contact information; identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed; identification of the infringing material on our platform; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and a declaration that the information provided is accurate.
Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, Rahat Music will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing content. We will notify the artist whose content has been taken down of the complaint and the resulting action. Repeated copyright violations will result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
If your content has been removed due to a copyright claim and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice through our support system. Your counter-notice must include: your full name and contact information; identification of the content that was removed; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts. Rahat Music will review counter-notices in good faith and may restore content if the claim is determined to be invalid.
Rahat Music acts as a distribution intermediary and is not the original publisher or rights holder of any artist content on the platform. We are not liable for copyright infringement committed by artists using our platform. Artists bear full legal responsibility for all content they submit. Rahat Music will cooperate fully with rights holders and legal authorities in the investigation and resolution of copyright disputes.
